Hi all

 

I wanted to let you know, I am just getting this started, You are welcome to look around a bit and  add comments and write in the blog section. I will be putting music favorites in pretty soon, and books that not only I have read, but want to read and would like comments on those as well.

 

Well today has been very quiet. I plan to take Crieff down town later after it gets a little dark. He could use getting use to things in the dark. He is learning very fast now days and is beginning to enjoy being out with me. He is starting to get over this shy and " I DONOT WANT TO GO IN THERE." attitudes. He is not so nervous any more. I never thought that would ease off but it is beginning to. Poor Jax is getting left at home more and more now. But that is okay for him but I surely miss having my little guy with me. HE is fast to pick Item up and fast to respond to my needs. Crieff has not yet learned that. But it will come. Every time I think he will not learn AHHHH theres a light that clicks on.

 

I went to the doctor the other day and He told me there were no dogs allowed in the building. I told him Jax is a Service dog. He said ok and left the room. He came back in and asked me , " What does your dog do that you cannot do for yourself.?" I responded " He is a medical alert dog and he picks up items for etc... " HE said  " Okay thank you and said come on in." I was impressed by how he handled it. I have never had any one ask me the way it is suppose to be asked. Others sneak up and say" Ooohhh what a cute puppy. May I pet him? " I tell them no. Then they ask, " Is he a helper dog? " I tell then yes he is. They ask,  " what does he do for you?" I get tired of them doing it this way and often ask, " Is this they way you get info on Service dogs? Because if it is you need to leave me alone. You should have asked at the door instead of coming over after I have gotten half way to the back of the store. I do not have time for cutesy talk such as this and it could be considered harrassment." Haha they always apologize and eventually leave me alone.
